Free Referrals to Assisted Living, Memory Care and Adult Family Homes
Forever Care Services, LLC does not represent nor work for any particular homes or communities. We are independent senior housing referral advisors who match the specific needs of our clients with senior living communities that best fit those needs. If permanent housing is needed due to aging, illness, or dementia during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the communities we refer to are those with the highest level of safety that will provide individualized services and care based on professionally assessed needs. These communities pay us a referral fee so our services are free for private pay (non-Medicaid) referrals and placement.
"I am so thankful I was referred to Adrienne"
"I wanted to find an advisor that would be unbiased, have my mom's best interest at heart, and understood the emotional dynamics of this move for my family. Adrienne was it. She is super responsive and she was so patient with us as we expanded our search from the north to south ends of Seattle. She always made the time to visit the home before us, and with us, sometimes multiple times. Her years of experience were invaluable in helping us navigate the entire process. We found just the right place for our mom, thank you, Adrienne." -Patty, July 2022
"They can answer questions you didn't know you needed to ask"
"I want to give a big Thank You to Adrienne Miller and Forever Care Services LLC for the invaluable help they provided for us as we tried to locate an Adult Family Home (AFH) for our brother. They looked for any problems that might be under the surface of the locations we were considering and guided us to the questions to ask and things to look for while touring potential homes.
If you are looking for a living situation outside your home for a senior family member I highly recommend contacting Forever Care Services LLC (you can find them on Facebook and Instagram). They can answer the questions you didn’t even know you needed to ask." -Theresa, February 2021
"We were overwhelmed...
"Unexpectedly, my sister and I were called upon to help our uncle, who could no longer take care of himself. We were overwhelmed realizing we needed to get his legal affairs in order and then find him a safe and comfortable place to live. We had no idea where to start looking, what kind of home he needed or what options were even available to us. I mentioned this to the estate attorney who was helping us and she referred me to Adrienne. When I called, she listened carefully as I poured out the details of our situation. She was reassuring, and as we talked she explained her services and then began to gather more details about our uncle and his needs. She answered my questions, addressed my concerns and told me she would do some research on what was available and get back to me in a few days. Considering our challenging list of requirements, location and budget constraints, I doubted she would find anything suitable. However, she called back, as promised, with a handful of options that she had already personally vetted. After touring a few communities with her, we found the perfect place for our uncle that met all of his needs and felt like home to him. Throughout the entire process, Adrienne listened to us, was informative, was accommodating with her schedule and was responsive and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance finding housing for a loved one." - Rachel
